Spice Blends

This International homemade spice blend box is the perfect gift or simply treat yourself.  Four homemade International spice blends: Jamaican, Indonesian Rendang, New Orleans Creole and Lebanese Shawarma in a delightful presentation box. Each re-usable tub contains six teaspoons of spice blend. Three teaspoons is enough for a meal for four so in essence you have enough for 8 meals. Each spice blend comes with a laminated suggested recipe card and cooking instructions with a photo of the dish on the reverse. Included in the box is a mini easel so you can display and follow the recipe easily. The spice blends can also be used as rubs on meat. All blends are gluten free and vegan and can be used in vegetarian and meat dishes. Cost is £20 and includes postage.

Jamaican Spice Blend: onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, thyme, sugar, ground all spice, dried parsley, paprika, and toasted and ground spices of dried chilies, cinnamon, cloves and cumin.

Recipe: Jamaican Brown Chicken Stew

Indonesian Rendang: Toasted and ground spices are cinnamon stick, cloves, star anise, cardamom pods, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves with added powdered turmeric. Toasted desiccated coconut.

New Orleans Creole: Paprika, oregano, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, thyme and cayenne pepper.
